Thanks for including me.") in green ink on the first page, and signed in green ink on the last page, with the date "Dec 4, 1992" and the location "Sombrero Street". Also the proof sheets for the four page introduction, with many corrections in the author's hand in green ink. Signed by the author and dated "12/4/92" in green ink on the final page. Set of eight sheets is in fine condition.
